About me
Welcome to the elutee space [elutee means ‘way of life’ in Estonian], my name is Leith Johanson. I am a Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science Nutritional Medicine and my focus is helping people thrive over 40; perimenopause preparation. I have over 24 years experience in the health industry with nutritional consultation, guidance and coaching; personal training, yoga and Pilates teaching. In more recent years, I completed a Master of Human Resource Management and have taken my coding skills to another level.

My Philosophy
As a former athlete, I help boost the confidence of everyone I work with by developing a positive affection to health and wellness. I kicked off my health journey with a real passion for overall well being, diving deep into how food assists our bodies to thrive. My knack for understanding nutrition principles has helped many people to make smart choices about their food. Realising that wellness is not just about how we move our bodies and how we fuel it, I wanted to understand people’s work and home environments, and the effect on their health outcomes. My programs are a life overhaul that leaves people feeling inspired and eager for more. Who doesn’t want to feel great?
My history
After years in the industry, my journey took a bit of a turn. I had been living in Bali and travelling a lot and then returned to Australia. In 2020 when the gyms had closed down my lifestyle changed. I decided to go back to university and in this time, I found myself not treating my body the way that I should. I was moving less than I did before, eating the same but drinking more. This took a toll on my body but also how I felt about myself. I didn’t feel good and found I was disappointed in where I was at.
I had the realisation that as I was approaching my mid-forties, the way I was going, I would not have an easy ride into the next phase of my life. As time went on, it was only going to get harder to make a change for better health. I knew in my heart that my body and mind deserved better. I knew that at this age, I should be thinking about perimenopause preparation.
How did I change?
My mind was made up, change was the only way forward. I gathered all of my knowledge, experience and tools at my disposal, and devised a plan. I was going to spend the next twelve months loving myself. By loving myself, I mean treating my body in the best way possible. Giving my body exactly what it needed. Moving my body, fuelling myself with nutritious foods and stopping consuming alcohol.
Why choose me
This is where my programs comes in. I use my experience, knowledge and strategies to facilitate those who are feeling like I did. People who have had enough of not feeling amazing. People who are at the stage of their lives where they are ready to dedicate themselves to be their best selves. I am all about inspiring you to embrace change, find balance and live fully.
